don't try and kill yourself over him. That will push him away.
Don't worry about career things. Find things that make you happy, enjoy life.
Men like happy women. They also like women who can do things on their own a bit.
Try some of those anonymous groups. AA, Alanon, sex and love addicts, whatever. There people will tell you stories that you'll never forget. And you'll meet people with similar problems.
But he'll hate you if you ruin his career. So let him breathe for a bit.
