Can anyone help?...

I'm always really tired in the morning and have been getting fluttering in my lower abdomen (preg test - negative)...is the fluttering wind?

Anyone any ideas about the tiredness and fluttering?

You should see your MD. You can also be tired from a low iron count.

What is your diet like? Do you exercise? Your symptoms may indicate your body is not functioning very well & your bowel may be the problem. Try eating yoghurt or introducing live bacterial vitiman preperations into your diet. A sluggish bowel will create all kinds of problems with your system including your immune system, liver & metabolism. Include high fibre foods/supplements into your diet, decrease fat & drink more water. If you can go for a walk or swim a couple of times a week as well i'd say you'll get ontop of your problem. If all else fails see your doctor.
