To make your eyes appear larger, apply two coats of mascara to top and bottom lashes. Using a lash curler will also help. Use a concealer below the eyes to brighten. Use a light shade of eyeshadow on the lid for a wide eyed look.

Do not connect the top and bottom eyeliner lines in the corners of your eyes. Line the inside rim of your eye with white liner (Mr. Frosty from Benefit Cosmetics). Use a pink pencil to color just below your eyebrows for an instant lift (High brow from benefit). Lightly brush a very tiny amount of white powder in the inner corners as well as right under the eyeliner line on the bottom. Use mascara (Bad Gal Lash from benefit) and curl your lashes if not naturally curled. Brush light shadow onto your eyelid and use a darker color in the crease.

By applying mascara only on the top lashes, curling only your top lashes, using a white pencil to very lightly line your bottom eyelid (very little), and using natural eyeshadows (maybe lighter versions and darker versions of your eye colour) and strart on the top eyelid where your lashes are and start with darker, then go lighter up to halfway.
Just remember that going over the top with eye makeup can make your eyes look smaller, so try as natural as possible.

Practice lookin a sumthin nd seein to ur right-left-up-down see wt u cn see and make out, it will lift ur eyelids, u can also tilt ur head down and look up which reveals more white bit fo ur eye, mascara and eyeliner works as well it defines ur eyes.

first of all u should list way makes ur eyes look small??? if its dark circles then use foundation/ eye shadow to hide them they will make the person less attentive 2wards ur eyes then there is no need of biggg eyes. if u hav fluffy cheeks then apply roosh on the back side( i.e. 2wards the ear) of the cheek it will make ur cheek look normal then apply kajal that shows very easily and also apply small amount of eye liner (it makes the eyes look good and bold)

Use a kohl pencil of the lower eye part and and an eyeliner for the upper part.Also use masscara for the lashes.

Try a navy blue, curling mascara. It makes you look more away and your eyes appear wider.

wide eyes are beautiful... if u want to achieve this u simply have to stretch your eye liner.. put it to the end of ur eyes and then stretch it a little further. when it comes for ur eye shadow... put dark color on your eyes and a lighter one beneath ur eyes and dont forget to put youf khor darker than usual... as for your eyelashes... use your eyelash curler first and then put ur mascara fron above...
