Can anyone help?...

I'm always really tired in the morning and have been getting fluttering in my lower abdomen (preg test - negative)...is the fluttering wind?

Anyone any ideas about the tiredness and fluttering?

i don't know about the fluttering but my sister used to be anemic and she felt tired most of the time. in case you don't know, this means that you have low iron levels in your blood. check to see if you have other symptoms such as hair falling out, or skin being more pale than usual. also, although you have taken a pregnancy test, maybe take another one coz apparently anemia is quite common in pregnant women. good luck and happy new year!

there are too many factors here. It's just after Xmas so it could be the effect of too much rich food and stress. You're presumably of child-bearing age so it depends on your periods, how heavy and regular they are. You've had a preg test so there could be some stress there.
Combat the tiredness first .... go to bed earlier for a few nights and regulate your diet so you are not eating junk, and a light meal before bedtime. Get a bit fo exercise. Does the tiredness go away? If not, it could be anaemia and you should see your doctor.

Are you stressed up?? Do you sleep well? All this, may be symptom of anxiety. Besides, is your menstruation normal? If not, visit your doctor to regulate it.
