btw, I know saddam criminal, but I don't support execution. it is to sad that you take someone and kill him and everybody cheering. whatever he did. islamists think if they execute him, he will go to hell and tortured there! huh, many in the world realize there is no such thing. maybe there are, more likely not, and might be born again, who knows, or just die forever..

he should be disembowled while dangling from the rope with his entrails strewn across that statue of himself that has been pushed over.

I am starting to think you are more pro Saddam than anti Saddam. It is one thing to feel compassion for a fellow human being. It is quite another to consider honoring that human being after what they have done to so many.

How can you overlook what he did to so many of your fellow countrymen and women and the children. How can you think he deserves any kind of formal tribute. Remember the hundreds of thousands of people who died at his hands and were just dumped in mass graves like they were worthless pieces of rotting meat.

My recommendation after he is dead, there is only one thing you can do. Turn him over to his followers to dispose of his body however they wish. He doesn't deserve it but on the other hand doing anything else would only make matters worse.

A quiet, family only, on cameras allowed interment. What's really sad isn't that people will cheer his execution, but that he had so many accomplices to his crimes, and that the world stood by and did business with him. People like the French and Germans who criticize the US for our policy of capital punishment.

No I wouldn't think so, hard to get a state funeral when you've been executed.

Death by firing squad...
Quick and simple
And then just bury him where ever. No official Funeral! What the hell for, he doesnt deserve it

I think he should remain in Jail for life! Killing him will make him a martyr, yet another obstacle that we may not be able to overcome!
