I have tried the biore stips, but they do not do much. I have tried using an exfoliator, but they are still there. I use benzoyl peroxide wash, but they still are there.
Any other ideas?

If you can afford it... it's always good to consult a reliable dermatologist for stubborn blackheads removal. From my own experience, good dermatologist never fails to give us great looking skin.

blackheads are mainly because of the oil on our skin which dried up on its pores. so basically since it is already there , it's better to go to a skin clinic and then have a facial. they remove all the dirt and blackheads on your face. after that , try to get rid of oil on the skin by using facial washes, oil-remover film, etc. so as to prevent them from coming back.

steam your face to open your pores then use a cleanser then squeeze them out gently make sure you completely dry your face afterwards to close the pores in your skin again
