Well they weren't made poor by the developed countries in the first place so I doubt they will be made more in the future as well. That is a very bias uneducated view of economic development over the last few hundred years. The policies of countries like the United States since the Woodrow Wilson Administration was to raise the economic level of the world for the benefit of all. Such a vantage point merely smacks of economic jealous and poor vision.

Good Luck!!!

Look at Japan, Korea, China, Thailand, etc. - they were poor, they became rich (or are getting there). Do you see anybody stealing their wealth?

Wealth of the country is hard-working people.
If the country can't keep them, it will remain poor.

If you're hard-working, you'll find a way to get education, and if there are enough hard-working people around you, you'll find a loan to start a business.
If you sit on your butt and whine about evil rich stealing your wealth, you'll remain where you are.

"Wealth of the country is hard-working and educated people.
If the country can't keep them, it will remain poor."
If we accept this word ( of "Intel Knight" ) then your answer is YES. If a 1st world country try to attract that Wealth from another (i.e. by working on cultures) they can and will to make them poor again. I think nowadays some of them are happened or happening. Can't you any foreign (i.e. Asian) Scientist or Business man or ... working in a 1st world country (i.e. USA)?
