At the end of the spin cycle it makes a massive noise and wobbles around like crazy.
I've heard something about the shipping bolts, but is it them? where are they?

Sensible answers only please!

Cheers

Ross

You need to level the washing machine - it wobbles and makes a noise because the drum is not balanced - if it had the shipping bolts in it would not work so you just need to adjust the feet so its level

Mine does this too, but only when I have a heavy load in. Its built in behind a cupboard and Im convinced the door is going to come flying off. Mine is not an LG make though, maybe this is a common thing and they wobble about when spinning!

Agree it's not the shipping bolts. We have a Maytag front loader and it has started doing the same thing. I am just not worring about it as long as it still goes thrugh all the cycles and washes the clothes is all I care about. Let it make noise I say, just keep washing. Good luck.

I had the same problem , all i could do was to pack the sides with
the plastic foam from packing cases that was 6 months ago and the noise has not total gone but its down by at least 90 pr cent ,Also is your machine level

if it's only happens at the end of the spin cycle then you are overloading the washer and the clothes are not distributing correctly or the balance is off lighten your load and try that and make sure the washer is level

You've either over-stuffed it or it is unbalanced. All you have to do is lift the lid, wait for things to stop spinning and rearrange the clothes so the drum has balanced weight on all sides. Pretty common problem, actually.

As previous posts to this thread have asked is it level? if so it could be that your motor bearings are going bad or have already gone bad I suggest having a repair technician look at it. If the bearings are bad you might be looking at replacing the motor if not the entire unit.

no, it the shipping bolts were still in it wouldnt work!

It sounds like you have washed something in it that has unbalanced the drum!! something heavy!!!

It should be ok though

Mine does too but i've noticed like some of the others on here that it's when it's overloaded.
