Your doctor would most likely be able to tell if you were further along. First of all, the test results for your Quadruple Screen (which they probably took blood for at your 16 or 20 week appointment) would show significantly higher levels. Second, your doctor can sort of tell how far along you are by the size of your belly (as measured by your doctor at every visit with a tape measure across your belly) would be significantly bigger. Third, when you had an ultrasound, they measure different body parts on the baby to determine a gestational age. If you were "more pregnant" than originally determined, this would show it as well.
It's always possible that your doctor is wrong, but in this case, unlikely.

I was given a due date of Oct 30th with my first. I knew the doctor was wrong...D.O.B. Dec 10th, and induced. I would think being further along than they claim would be less possible though.

If you've had an ultrasound the dr is probably right. If the ultrasound technician measured and the baby was bigger than should have been, they would have changed your due date.
I don't think your Dr is wrong.

Well, you're doctor didn't go to school for 8 years for nothing. I'm positive if she would notice, after all, it is a one month difference. So don't worry, trust what your doctor says.

Sure it's possible ... it's not an exact science and due dates are constantly moved around as a pregnancy will progress. My SIL had hers bounce around about 1.5-2mths.

i would say you could be up tp 2wweks differnt to your dates now, as they do allow for that, but if you have had scans they all should be pretty right, with in the 2 weeks
good luck
