i was wondering about all of this. is it spiritual or have any coorelation to psychic abilities or is it a natural trait that anyone can attain. i've been trying to read into it and put intuition in practice. what is your take?

to me intuition is the feeling you get deep inside that lets you know if something is right or wrong. i dont know how you gain it but its important to have it.

Intuition: A socially accepted term for psychic awareness. The meaning of the two words In and Tuition are interesting. IN comes from Middle English and Latin origin meaning SEE. And TUITION from Middle English and Latin meaning PROTECTION. So intuition really means see protection or protective sight. Next time you act on your intuition you can say you are acting upon your protective sight!
I believe we are all psychic, but for the majority the gift or the belief has been long knocked out of them. Educated out is another way of looking at it. Many professional psychics have grown up in a psychic friendly environment. Perhaps a grand-parent or parent with the knowledge has helped bring the extra sense out in the open and encouraged its use. But there are as many practicing psychics who have not had the benefit of caring psychic guidance and who have still managed to develop and hone this natural extra sense.

It is a trait that your born with. So, this would depend on your personality temperament. If you test out as an "infj": Maybe.
It's basically how a person normally "collects information" about themselves and the world around them. You can only use one of the two: Sensing (what you see) or Intuition (from within)
Trust me though, be careful of what you wish for. I don't know many people who can truly do this, that are happy about it.

Yes I think it is just to be sensitive to the world around you, isn't it? Ummm, a lot of people have a sixth sense, and it's about 10 percent of people . . . ummm, they did this experiment where people got anxious before they were shown a disturbing picture, like they knew it was going to happen.
