there are 2 ways.
one is when they take sperm from a donor and put it in you next to your egg and hope that it fertilitzes it. there is usually about a 20% chance of pregnantcy per time. and the other method is when they take your eggs out of you, then inject a single sperm into the egg. then put it back into you. this is about 30% chance of pregnantcy per time.but after 3 times of this the percent goes to 70% per time. with this method you can pick your sex of the baby. it is not always 100% but the percents are very high
these methods dont seem to have a high percent of pregnancy but what you have to remember is that the average couple only have about a 30%chance a month of getting pregnant with out these methods.
