How do i get my neighbor "roberto" to bring down a sign AGAINST gays and lesbians?

Roberto can be found on yahoo answers, he is a mean and very prejudice man. in his front yard, he has a sign posted with a confederate flag and the words: All Gays and lesbians are in the army of the Anti-christ!! They must burn in hell for what they do! ...How do i get him to remove this horrible sign?

Sadly it is not illegal to put up a sign that says virtually anything on your own property. I do love how he specifically targets gays in the military: homosexuals out walking the street are fine, but those gays in the military are on his crap list!

My advice: Move.

If that is not an option: Put up a bigger sign about how Roberto is going to hell for judging individuals, not loving his neighbors and a whole mess of other reasons.

I know you may be offended by it, but honestly, when a person loses their right to post their beliefs on their own property, then what does that say about America today. Freedom of speech to all. But wait, don't offend anyone when you say something or we'll make you take it back. You may be offend by it. But come on, does it really bother you so much that you would his in-fridge American rights? Just talk to him about it, if he doesn't take it down, than at least you tried.
By the way, it is NOT illegal to post something because it offends gays. That is ridiculous to even say such things. Since when are Americans so scared of each other that we have to walk on egg shells. It's NOT a hate crime either. If he came and beat you because you are gay that is one thing, but he is posting a sign in his front yard. I'm Catholic, there are people that post anti-Catholic signs. I can't get all bent out of shape everytime I see one. You just get over it. We're in America, freedom for all. Don't try and make it freedom for some.
