i love post-its... they are handy, and i don't have to have a notepad with me all the time if i just had one note... and have you seen the pranks people have been doing with post-its? they are funny... i saw a few on Break.com, and i'm sure they are on other sites as well...

Post-Its irritate me. You can only write on one side of them - you always waste a whole one-half of the Post-It - and the sticky part usually doesn't even stick and then gets full of dirt and cat hair. I use regular white non-sticky notes and pile them on my desk and clip the important ones together in bunches.

well now I know your thoughts.
i like to use both. post its go all over my walls among other things... but i like the smaller (5" by 4"ish) notbooks...
i like paper. in general. paper is good.
yellow paper with sticky stuff on the back? only the sticky stuff is impressive to me. i'm not a slob so the yellow "here I am" isn't necessary.

more than one pad. lots of colors. i set up my own color coded system to prioritize the things i have to remember to do. then it is so fun to wad them up and throw them away. gives one a sense of accomplishment. The fuller the trash the more productive the day.
