Reduce Weight, Alcohol if this doesn't help then arrange for a sleep study.
There are nasal & mouth devices available but they are too expensive to just guess.
A sleep study may diagnose Sleep Apnoea [where you actually stop breathing through the night].
A CPAP machine could be prescribed [Constant Positive Air Pressure] not exactly gerat for that 'sexy' look but a life saver none-the-less.

If you snore so loud that it disturbs other people, you should go to a sleep clinic, as there is a good chance that you have sleep apnea, a dangerous condition where you momentarily stop breathing hundreds of times every night. This often also causes daytime sleepiness, so you nod off while watching TV or (MUCH worse!) while driving.
You can't just "buy" a CPAP machine, which is the treatment for sleep apnea. It must be customized to your particular needs and can only be legally sold with a prescription. Most insurance pays the full cost. Once you start using one, life becomes much better. It cures snoring 100%, and you (and everyone else in the house) get better sleep. Untreated sleep apnea can damage your heart and even kill you, so snoring is nothing to ignore.
Ask your regular doctor for a referral to a sleep clinic ASAP. They often have long waiting lists, so get the process started NOW. You will never regret getting treatment, as you will feel like a new person. It is dangerous to ignore heavy snoring!

We have tried Snore Relief. Its a spray you spray into your nostrils before going to bed. It reduces the snoring a lot, i.e. not totally but the snoring is much lighter and less. The price is about $10-12 in the USA in Europe its a bit more expensive. No prescription needed.

Snoring usually occurs when you sleep on your back. Cut a tennis ball in half and tape it to your back. When you sleep, it will be uncomfortable to sleep on your back so it will cure your snoring!
