And his windows haven't been shot out yet???
He obviously doens't live in my town.
Report it to the police and every city and state agency you can think of. Also report it to any/all civil rights organizations. Call the local t.v. channels too--that would make some great news footage. Oh, and don't forget to call the newspapers.

Simply change the constitution. He has his right to express himself as well as you do. You could post a sign in your yard as well speaking of how all rude, prejudice people will burn in hell, and as for all the gays, free hot dogs and tacos for everyone! Or should all views that don't fall in line with your beliefs be banned?

You need to contact a lawyer. Depending on the state you live in, there is freedom of speech, but there is also infringment upon that, and if this neighbor is putting up signes as harrassment, and you can prove this, you can do something about it. Good Luck!

Unfortunatly as long as your community doesn't have an ordinance against yard signage, he's practicing free speech.
Your only altenatives are to either ignore it, or get a sign of your own. If you want to really make a point, put it as close to your property lines as you can.
