I think they're both stunning. I recently watched "Memoirs of a Geisha," and thought they looked enough alike to be sisters. Zhang Ziyi has a more innocent, girlish beauty; it radiates from the inside out. Gong Li's beauty is mature and sophisticated. Her confidence defines it as much as her lovely face does.
I can't say one is prettier than the other. They're both lovely to behold.
