I changed companies really fast when I found out how much Eircom was ripping me off. Not only are they usless but their "Customer Service Representatives" are incompetant fools. Expect to be shouted at, hung up on, put on hold for hours, transfered to the back **** of no-where, to explain your situation to 6 different people only to be told that "they can't deal with your account right now..." EIRCOM IS SHITEEEE!!
