I need 2 alarms and i place both of them far from my bed. Do you believe that my brother saw me getting out of my bed with my eyes closed then turn both of the alarms off and return to my bed. And I can't even remember it. I can't believe that I did that while I'm sleeping although it took around 5 or 6 steps from my bed to reach the alarms.

As a very heavy sleeper, it takes plenty to wake me up. My alarm clock is amazingly loud and does the trick. A relaxing element that i favor to do is make a music playlist on my iPod the evening beforehand. the secret's firstly a music that eases in from quiet and gentle to a swifter jumpier %.. you do not favor to have your first music make you fall away from mattress. For me a minimum of waking up is a sluggish procedure. basically be confident that some thing else of the songs do not make you fall decrease back asleep.

I have an internal clock, I just know when I need to wake up.
But my sister who has problems waking up in the morning, has this funny habit. She puts up to 5 alarm clocks on her pillow, surrounding her head. Lol.

I think I do. I keep constantly sleeping through my one alarm and yet a slight noise out of the ordinary will wake me up. Freaky. Maybe I need a pet that needs to be fed every morning and will wake me up. I had a cat years ago who would wake me up very insistently and nastily so I would feed her. Then she was sweet purrs and kindness LOLOL!
