Sometimes you remember them right after you wake up, but then they fade away. Right after you wake up, keep playing the dream in your head, try not to lose any information, while finding a pencil and paper. Write as much of the dream as you can remember. Do this every morning until it becomes a routine to remember. It will get easier to remeber eventully.

Try keeping a journal next to your bed. Every time you wake up and can remember even a small part of your dream or nightmare, write it down. Supposedly, after a while, you can remember more and more of your dreams and nightmares. I've never tried it, though.

I remember alot of my dreams & write some of them down. This is what you can do to train yourself; meditate each night before you go to bed-tell yourself that you will 'remember' your dreams when you wake up, you're not afraid of what's there, & keep a notebook next to your bed-literally next to yer head. The very second you wake up, even if you only remember 1% of your dream, write it down, b/c after a while, it will become natural 2 recall most things you've dreamed about. Good luck.

Dreams are a part of life. It is as a recall of all the activities, imagination, fantacies do have throughout the day, but you cant tell anybody. Not all but some part of it is seen by us while we sleep. We call it Dreams. There is no known perticular exact way to remember your dreams but some times you can remember some of it.

If you don't remember your dreams it means that you have a B vitamin defiency. Try taking some B-complex vitamins before you go to sleep. They're not only good for your nerves but are also known to increase dream clarity. If you don't have B vitamins then a natural source would be cheese.

Keep a dream journal. I have tried it and it works, but it is hard to keep up with, because it takes discipline to write down whatever you remember each time you wake up from a dream. But if you can develop the discipline and stick with it, it really works.

You should prepare a journal. Place it near you bed so that when you wake up, while you can still remember your dreams or part of it, you can write it down. With the journal you can also analyze your recurring dreams.

Sometimes I remember my dreams whenever I realize that a certain event had happened before in my dreams and had experienced it in real life.
In your case, maybe you could take a video of yourself while you are sleeping.

Sometimes it is from what is on your mind that day, week or month. Even sounds can give you dreams such as having a tv on when you are sleeping. Or lightening can sound like your in a war zone with bombs going off.

try a dream journal
when you wake up right down all that you remember. If you get into the habit of this you will gradually remember more.
