How do i get to know that an animal bird?

Question

like a hen or c0ck is happy with me while i am giving my kind love such as soft rubbing by my hand on their small head or cute bellies?

Because they dont make smily emotion?
They dont make angry emptions too? but i am sured i recognize some of their angry emotions while they make noises and their face colour gets blushed and start starting us with still eyes.

My question, i repeat, how do i know this animal is happy or not any symptoms?

Waving of the tail,shaking of the head or horn,staring,grinning of the teeth, mewing,moaning or snarling are some of the indications.
