Morning..

I don't like thinking, I think too much.. I was wondering what could I do to occupy my mind or stop me from thinking too much..? 'cause it really gets to me.. Would anti-depressants help..? (Seriously..) What can I do other than suicide..?

Stay on yahoo answers, go for a walk or a run or a bike ride, get a pet. Maybe call an anonymous Help/Suicide Prevention Line and ask them what to do or see your doctor. You might need anti-depressents but you might also be like a lot of us and just feel BLUE this time of year.
Suicide isn't a solution, and what if you changed your mind 1/2 way into it. It would suck.
Talk to me if you want.

Suicide will do a lot more than stop you from thinking. So I think that's a bit overkill (pardon the pun) in this case.

The best thing you can do is get out of your house and interact with other human beings. That's what saved me. There's just no substitute for plain old socialization to take your mind off yourself.

It always works--really!

First, eat the greasiest fattiest saltiest (tastiest?) foods you can find, and a ton of it. Trust me, after an hour or so you won't be able to tell the difference between left and right.

Then, guilt trip yourself into working out, but end up overworking yourself and throwing up. Guilt-trip yourself even more for this and swear off bad foods forever. Go to bed exhausted.

Sadly, develop a latenight craving and pig out once again. After waking up smelling like B.O., piss, and hamburger grease (is there really a difference between them?), berate yourself for being in such bad shape and call the one place you know you can have surefire discipline: the recruiting office!

While stationed overseas congratulate yourself for being in much deeper **** than you ever were in the first place. Not much to think about when your staring down the business end of a ak-47.

*** u have to get out and do stuff...with other people. if you sit around at home you'll go crazy alone w/ your thoughts. force yourself to get out there if u have to, but DO IT. and don't just go out and then sit around talking about all these thoughts. i know, sometimes a person has to get stuff off their chest, but honestly, there's only so much of that u can do too. sometimes it's best just to let it all go for awhile. rejuvenated you'll be able to handle it all better as well. don't talk suicide. you'll miss out on when things get good again.

Well I think too much too. I picked up the guitar and now i don't have to think too much. Imagine if we didn't think. We'd just be walking around bumping into eachother like idiots. If you think you're crazy paople will think you're honest. If you always tell them you're right they won't believe you. I think about S#it like that all the time. You?
