No! This is not normal. If its an ammonia like smell, it could be that your baby is dehydrated. A sweet smell could mean that your baby may have diabetes. Foul smelling could be a bacterial infection of the bladder or kidneys. Musty smelling urine is a symptom of liver disease or phenylketonuria. . . .I recommend bringing your baby to see her pediatrician.

If it smells like amonia think to yourself has the baby had enough liquids today. Some time they just get strong unrine like we do from time to time but we drink extra water to compensate....

R u breastfeeding or formula? How old is the baby? What is he eating? I think you need to give us some more info to give you a good answer.

You didn't say how old your baby is but is it possible its teething?because that makes the urine really strong

Get your baby more wholesome breast milk or water. Depending on age.
