history shows us many examples of monarchs who are not qualified to lead. But this doesn't change the fact that they do. But I would gather that as civilization advances monarchy's will disappear. Saudi Arabia will be an interesting one to watch, when the house of Saud falls we could see a lot of chaos.

Its not like America where you have to lie to get into office. It is a bloodline that puts you at the helm. When that fails and puts the country at risk of falling, they will find a different way to run things.
