She does have to tell the boss she's pregnant if she intends to quit before the baby is born or take maternity leave. She doesn't have to tell him any of the circumstances. If other people in the office know, the boss probably already knows, too. She's not fooling anybody. I think the best thing to do is to tell her that the sooner she tells the boss, the sooner her job is protected because she can't be fired for being pregnant (unless she just can't do the work). Maybe this will scare her into action and you can get the training you need. Tell her If he gets winds of the circumstances and thinks she's horrible and wants her gone, and she hasn't told anyone that she's pregnant officially, he can beat her to the punch a fire her and doesn't need to have a reason.

you r so young that means your wife is not more than 24 years if yes then wait and one more fact that is "Are you ready to bear all the chellanges of life because actual life is start when you become father when you feel you are earning sufficient that you can take care of your wife and your baby than that is the correct time.
