Maybe you should ring your mam and ask...she knows you slightly better than us and probably has a better idea of the weather in your town. However if you are unable to do that then i would suggest you do wear a coat (it's cold where i live) and maybe some of those idiot proof mittens with the long string that stops you from losing them. Be unique forget the coat try a all in one ski suit, it will keep you warm and has the added bonus of being completely impractical, of course if that sound too scary then yes, wear a coat! Blessed be

You should wear a coat and take an umbrella with you as well as its going to rain

If it is windy, try a shell jacket or a wind blazer to keep the wind off, but be prepared nonetheless. You don't need to catch a cold. :)

I am seriously surprised at the level of your incapacity to know if you should wear a coat. If you don't know...just wear a coat!

It's not particularly cold but it is very windy - classic British weather
It's so windy when it rains you can't put your umbrella up!!

it is windy... you should not wear a coat but wear a jumper. something thick to keep u warm! have fun!

Definately - it's bloody freezing out and there is a bit of wind getting up. You'd better wrap up, don't want you catching the cold for New Year ;-)

yes but not a heavy one. wear lots of layers so u wont feel cold but if you feel hot, then you can take them off
