There are missing blanks here. Equal partners? What kind of contract do you have?

Do you have a corporate attorney? Do you have a personal attorney?

You need legal advice.

Either by your attorney or by yourself (I would do it in writing) you need to confront your partner and inform him, 1) You are risking the financial ruin of our company. 2) You are destroying our business relationship. 3) You are tearing apart our relationship with employees. 4) You are risking for both of us a sexual based lawsuit. 5) Blackmail by employees could happen. 6) Both financial ruin and the destruction of our reputations could be imminent. 7) This could end up in the press. 8) Your conduct must stop or you will force me to take legal action to protect myself and my share of this company's value.

If he refuses you must act before others act against both of you.

oh gosh. You have to set boundries early in your relationship with your partner. I did work in a restaurant situation where that happened and things got ugly. When liable is able to come up you can pay for your partners indescretions. Even if you did not partake but being partners you are liable for any misconstruing of any situation. And if he doesn't get it after you talking to him, just remind him of the numbnut who sued McD for hot coffee , and then any intern will get what they want for so much more.

If his affairs are effecting his productivity, and the working relationships of women he has affairs with, (ie affairs gone wrong) then you have the right to approach him about it; colleague to colleague. You can advise him to seek women elsewhere, external to the company to avoid complications.

But if they aren't interfering with the company, and daily business, it's not really for you to be concerned about.

Also, if the affairs are "constant", maybe he needs a sex therapist, and a sexual health check-up. For God's sake i hope he uses a condom.

Make sure you are not in a Legal Partnership with him in this business, and send him to an HR/Sexual Harassement training class. Since you are aware of his behavior, if you don't do something then you can become negligent. And if you are in Partnership (as opposed to an Incorporation), then all your personal belongings may be subject to lawsuit and loss.
