A team of what horses or a mule team? What kind of team?
You must dictate order and allocate responsibility, and that is the first thing they must understand or bench them until they know their position. Positioning is everything in a team. You are the leader so you must dictate, but it is all in how you do it. Have a sense of humor but be stern at the same time. If I were you I would pick my assistant and make sure you deligate the authority to him. Then find out everyone else position and let them know what that is. When they get out of the position once, you tell them, no second time, you bench them on the second time. Practice makes perfect and benching is practice as well, see how well they do on the bench routine, they will be back real quick. But do it nicely, not cruel. Dont make fun of anyone in particular and make sure you dont slight any of them and it should go well. Happy New Year
