Attractive: said to attract attention. Let's say early twenties. Of European, possibly Dutch descent. In an opportune photo that leaves the viewer wanting to see more pictures of this intriguing female person.
I say Yes she is attractive. very.
My question is, and I know we should not pose questions in answers, how can one meet with her.

Is this an artistic photo? Because I can only give an opinion on the gorgeous old building behind that "brooding" girl.

this is a very "artsy" picture.
but you cant really see the picture, so she might be attractive but she needs to look over here

In my opinion ,she's average and would look alot better without thebottlecaps...but someone else might think she's beautiful.
