Girls wear undergarments, U r raising this question as u may have gone to the rural areas of the country or the lower class ladies, which avoid wearing panties and consider it a worthless buying/spending the money because they do not understand it use.
They normally wear Saree's/suits and find them self safe, and convenient and find no use of panties.
But,
The girls at town/cities/at work always wear it.

Is it assumption or statistic? Where do u got the information? It is a matter of personal choice. If somebody doesnt wear it may be because to avoid skin infection due to sweating or to feel dry n clean inside or to avoid unpleasant body odour due to some secretion in that part. Somebody may avoid it coz they may feel it is un necessary n to avoid panty line in in their tights.

I don't know about "most girls" but there are a number of reasons why females choose not to wear underwear.

1) to let their privates "breathe". It's a good thing.
2) They're allergic to some fabrics
3) They're trying to be like Paris Hilton and Britney Spears
4) they don't like the visible panty lines
5) they don't like the feel of underwear
...and other reasons too.

I wear my panties, and my grandma 2 when in need. But some females wear them to let them breath but that's suppose to be at night. And night only. And some females don't like it cause they nasty, and the h03s like easy access. but your suppose 2 but maybe one every 2 weeks you let it air out.

I personally think that such girls are very sexy. They like to show their assets (boobs) through the T-shirt or dress. Also they are ready to have sex at any time, if there arises an emergency, lack of time, they don't have to waste time pulling panties off.
