That teacher and other adults at the school needs to get some counseling. People like that are the ones that creates pedophiles and incest cases where there are non. Sadly they are way too common in jobs involving children.

What is my opinion? Half of me says it is ridiculous, the other half of me thinks of the many 0 tolerance rules and how no matter what, even if they are wrong it is still 0 tolerance.
Really, at that young he may still have been breast fed, perhaps he was thinking something along the lin...nevermind, let's just go with ridiculous LOL

Where I live, a teacher has been sued for "inappropriate touching" because she grabbed a student's arm as he was about to run out into traffic.
Now an innocent four-year-old has been labelled a pervert!
It's crazy!

i went to read the article , i was very surprised at the teacher's reaction, he is only a child and not mature enough to know what he was doing .perhaps a sign of affection for him or lack of affection ? not sure ?
by all means he did not act obscene ...i think it was exaggerated to a big extend !

i found the article out of place and stupid ,especially on the part of the teacher's aide !
