ITs a foul layout that's made worse by utilising marginal high quality areas. I had that subject with Napa Echlin variety caps and rotors. They have been warrantying them for me besides the undeniable fact that it grow to be a soreness interior the butt. just to objective something diverse I went and offered a BWD variety from Oriley and it went 3 years in the past I bought the truck. i think of numerous shops carry the BWD variety. I usually don't have themes with Napa yet that distinctive section gave the impression to be junk. I endure in innovations finding at what i anticipate grow to be a date code interior the caps and noticing they have been all the comparable over that 3 twelve months era so it may desire to have been a foul batch. There are additionally some tech notes approximately checking the vent demonstrate interior the backside of the distributor and putting some insulation on the AC hose that runs above the cap section to maintain condensation drips off it.

There are two types of distributors in Mazda-626 1986 i.e. The Electronics & the CP. If your car is with the elctronic ignition type than, please, get the whole rotor assembly replaced. If you have the other type of distributor, than, do install clamps on the outer skin of the distributor so that the problem is nullified.

Your problem is simple and the Mazda workshop should be able to handle this very conveniently
