The world is becoming materialistic. Everyone feels like they HAVE to HAVE the latest styles and materials to FIT IN. There's nothing we can really do to change it.

regardless of what may be the allure of buying
designer jeans, whether it is the need to HAVE it
or buying the brand, people still buy them
though it may not be the most reasonable or sound
investment, so long as there is a market for overpriced
jeans, designers will continue to supply the market accordingly

me and my mom went into buckle the other day at the mall and there was these jeans that looked like any other jeans but it was $100.cRaZy

as long as people are willig to pay that much, designers will keep charging that much. this isnt new though. jeans have been that high for years.
