hi! SSHHH! NEVER reveal things like that on a computer, someone could steel your idea!
Look in the yellow pages of your phone book to find a law firm. You also need to understand that a law firm most likely will not pay the fees unless where you live, they will.
**You need a prototype, a manual, a proposal, a business plan
** Go to a Notary Public and get it notorised. The cost for this in my Canadian town is $50. They will also have furthur information for the next steps.
** Contact a vehicle company of interest to you, set up an appointment with the actuall president of that corporation, present your project. Bring your lawyer.
** If your lawyer feels this is going to be a sure thing, he may let you pay him later, depending on your financial situtation.
** BE CAREFUL NOT TO MENTION YOUR PROJECT TO ANYONE. YOU HAVE NO PATTEN ON IT, SO THERE IS SFA YOU CAN DO IF SOMEONE STEALS YOUR IDEA.
I sincerly wish you all the best of luck!

Giovannin, I'm sorry to Burst Your Bubble on this, but I've done the very same thing, as have many others.Want Proof ? Go to http://www.fuelvapors.com and also, http://energy21.freeservers.com/bookrep.html Here's the Problem, all Gasoline Powered Vehicles in the USA from ' 96 to the Present are required by the EPA-OBD II Law to Run at 14.7 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel. Any deviation from that , even if Fuel Economy is improved, and Emissions are Lowered, will result in a Failed Vehicle Inspection ! In order to get more MPG from less Fuel, it must somehow be Vaporized. My System is 100 Parts of Air to 1 Part of Fuel. This has the Potential to enable even the Largest Gas Guzzling SUV to easily get 50 + MPG, and emit 10 X less Pollution. 30 to 50 % ? How about several Hundred Percent, with an actual Increase in Horsepower, and a cooler running Engine ? The Problem is that the Oxygen Sensor will not Register the "Proper" Emissions Level, 14.7 to 1. The OBD II Machine will then Fail the Vehicle for having a defective Oxygen Sensor ! Really ! Under this insane Law, it is entirely possible to have a Vehicle Impounded, and the Driver Arrested for driving a Vehicle that's not Emitting enough Pollution ! Guess who helped to Pass the OBD II Law ? Mr. Al Gore ! I have tried repeatedly to Contact Him at His Web Site, http://www.climatecrisis.net to ask Him why ! No Reply ! Maybe You can Try ? My Avatar is a Photo of a Device I have Constructed that safely converts Regular Pump Gasoline into what is, for all intents and purposes, Propane, installed on the Vehicle, under the Hood ! With the Engine switched off, and My Vaporizer disconnected, I can safely Light it on Fire to Prove that it actually works ! But, with the OBD II Law, it's illegal to even try on any Vehicle 11 Years Old, or Newer. Go to My 360 Page for an even better Photo. I Wish You better Luck than I've had ! Happy New Year !

If I were you I would get a patent on your system first before telling the world about it. If you truely have a system which will cut fuel consumption 40% +/- then anyone is a likely target to take it. The only way you are protected is if you get it patented. Then worry about how much money you will make by selling the rights to produce it.

Companies are unwilling to buy patients and outside technology unless it helps them. There were independent car makers back in the 60s that had cars that got 60+ miles to the gallon. The big car companies didn't want to buy the technology. You should just patent your idea and then go to a government such as the European Union and have them buy or rent your rights to that patent or have them pass a law to where companies have to use your technology.

If I could, I'd probably buy it. Keep looking for someone who will (great idea, using Yahoo Answers for this).
