Oh so many... The One With Rachels Other Sister- she visits for thankgiving and Monicas trying to protect her Wedding china because she been saving it for when the queen visits. They are all fighting over who would look after Emma if Ross and Rachel died.
also The One With All The Football. The One Where They All Find Out (about Monica and Chandler), and When they bet and lose the apartment, and The one when they buy a zillion lottery tickets.

The one with all the Trivia!! That episode is a classic, and really was the show that put Friends on the map. Before that episode they were still developing chemistry together, but after that show, they never had a problem with group chemistry ever again!!

Them All!!
I love them, have been watching the re-runs on E4+1.
If I had to choose, one that sticks in my mind is the one where Ross and Rachel were 'on a break' and he made those lists. However, they have all been fantastic, and it doesn't matter what mood I am in, if I watch Friends I end up smiling.
Only rarely does a scriptwriter/actors/TV company manage to pull it altogether to make a show that'll be remembered for a long long time.

The One With the Prom Video - seeing them on the video in their h.s. days was hilarious and what Ross did for Rachel was so sweet...and she kisses him at the end - I love that episode!

the one where no one is ready....where phoebe wears a christmas ornament because no one knows what gets out humus, ross almost drinks the fat, monica goes psycho on richard's answering machine, and the best part - joey steals chandler's "essence" so chandler steals joey's underware, then joey does "the opposite" and then does lunges.

hmm i think my fave out of all of them is the episode "five steaks and an eggplant" especially when they discussing money around the restaurant table, and the bit when Phoebe discovers the love bit on Monica's neck

i love all of them, but my favorites are TOW no ones ready, TOW the embryos, TOW everyone finds out, TOW the read sweater, TOW the halloween party, TOW rachel has a baby, TOW rachel other sister, TOW phoebes birthday dinner, TOW the late thanksgiving, TOW rachels sister babaysits, TOW joey speaks french, and The last one parts 1 and 2
