My dear oh my , Okay music not rap or hip hop, this is a subject I teach to Doctors and hospitals for surgeries etc., patients get well and sometimes it just eases their pain but its all good pal.Go to the library or a music store and look for the sounds of the Ocean and sleep with a headset on with that playing. Then get the one for wind, and go through some of the classical pieces as well and find one you like. Believe it or not the 1812 Overture would be great for you put that on and laugh work off all your anger. Believe it or not Ripley violins, horns, oboes, pianos, and percussion are the key to a rhythmic tension reliever without pills, that is if you are willing to try. Some people who have had chemotherapy have used this method and their side effects reduced to half the amount. One had less nausea, because music sets off the rythym in your body and your feelings/emotions and sends chemicals to your brain to make you happy and you heal better. Very important in anger management is music and anyone that does not agree needs to get a degree somewhere beside KMart. Happy New Year.

First, list things in a positive way. Don't write: "control my anger" but instead write something like "be at peace with others." It helps to phrase things positively. Write down your values, what is important to you, for example, "good relationships with others around me." Then, break down each goal into steps. For example, if you want to be more patient, write, "Each day for a week, I will focus on waiting for others to finish speaking before I speak." For school, your goals would be to get a schedule book and write down homework each day, then to do an hour outside of class for every hour in class (for high school) (or two hours outside/one inside for college).
Good luck!
