Rain! is the answer you are looking for, but, just because Eddie Rabbitt says "I love a rainy night" does not answer the question "who'll stop the rain" nor will it answer this, "have you ever seen the rain?" Another thing if Eddie Rabbit had "Raindrops keep falling on his head" he might not like the rain any more than Ann Peebles ... Sorry, I got carried away with the other great "rain" Lyrics. I like you're initial question though, it makes a person think.
