I think one's personality can make them even more attractive than they really are. Some of the most beautiful women can look ugly if they don't have a good personality to go with it. When one has a great personality and are happy, you can see them glow, and this adds to it.

or in people? In people I would say its the people that have or
show confidence in everything they do. Strong willed, show no
fear know what they want and go for it. Around us i would say
it's in the small stuff we never take the time to notice. Plz give
us more info!

inner or outer. inner beauty to me is having th ability to make anyone smile or have a better day. outer beauty to me is doing the best with what you have and excepting the rest.
