I would not kill you, instead I may beat you with a chain until the police arrive, then take you to court and demand that you don't get the death penalty, that way you rot in jail and get butt-raped every day for the rest of your life.

I'd use my K98 8mm rifle to blow you away right there on the spot. I wouldn't care of the consequences. I love my family to much to let some person walk into my life and kill my family and get away with it without my own revenge.
