It's easy for me because I buy too many clothes, so I have a lot of choices. I am moody so I chose what fits my mood considering where I will be going in mind. I plan it out too much, I think. But I feel off balance unless I am happy with what I chose to wear. Sometimes I go way too far and I've heard that means I am insecure. But so what? I can handle that.

Why do you dress at all if theres no occasion to?
What the ^@#$% kind of question is that? lol.
No seriously if you can't chose anything that you may feel comfortable in (people will dress for this, and choose to wear thing based on this attribute) because your too uptight or whatever, than maybe you need to really reprioritise.

Depending on what day it will be- if I know I will be cleaning the house, I dressed appropriately but bearing in mind that a guest may drop by so I still put a little make up and lip gloss gloss. I also like to delight my husband in seeing me descent even while I'm doing housechores or gardening etc.

I just grab the first thing I see in the dresser and put it on. If it is cold I grab a hoodie, if its really cold I grab a coat. If its hot I wear jeans shorts. That's about all I own so matching clothing is not a problem.

I decide is it a casual exercise day/shops day/going into town day/or do I want to dress up for absolutely no reason at all/sometimes its just a duvet day where I wear my pyjamas.
Mostly its to do with my mood (am I feeling thin/fat/pretty/ugly?)

It depends on whether or not it is cold or warm out. Even in winter we have those warm days. I wear the thinner tops and pants if it isn't that cold and the heavier one's if it is. Same in the summer.
