It seems obvious. He is married but willing to leave his wife for you. I know this might sound charming but look at it this way. If he would leave this girl, how do you know he would not do the exact same thing down the road to you. A relationship started in dishonesty is doomed to failure.

Tell him you do not date married men.
Then ask him how he would feel if his wife was going back to an old boyfriend? and last most important...do not believe a word he says while he is trying to convence you...here are some of the things he will say...she dont understand me the way you did.
you are better in bed then she is...I still love you...I don't know why I married her...just this once and then i will leave you alone. All men are the same little boy around the world...they just want what other people have or what they can not have or get. They will say just what you want to hear and make you believe every word. So just walk away...turn away from him and walk away..do not look back do not look back ...do not look back...do not stop or walk slow just normal so he thinks you are calm and collected. Because if he sees that dought in your voice or body he will still try and get to you. Just walk away.

stay away from it, he can't be loyal to his wife, he will not stick around with you either, and maybe blame you for his broken marriage ... just stay away from the mess ... some else who really loves you will come your way ...
