U can learn english easily, no need to know the deep grammer.
I used public speaking as a method to improve my english.
We know the basics of english grammer , the only problem with us is that v are not sure whether v r speaking write/wrong, this makes us uncomfortable while speaking.
If u have noticed , many fluent person also makes major misktakes whicle speaking english. But no one takes a notice on that .

I think only way to improve english is to speak loudly in public presence. Try it and u'll find ur english improved within week.

A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the Internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of on line courses, which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE
Also try and think only in English, read English only magazines, newspaper, books, watch English only TV shows and listen to English only radio. Do all of these up to 6 hours daily without excuse. Learn the root words so that you can increase your vocabulary. When you read, watch, listen list a word that you dont know the meaning, look it up, write it in an index card with its meaning and a sample of a sentence. Every week review these index cards. In one year you will accumulate so many of these and these words will be yours because you have learned them and therefore you can use them effectively.

Try reading outloud. That helped me a lot, I learned English in high school. Read anything, also try to listen to other people's conversations (try not to be too obvious) and listen to the way they say different words. You have great writing skills, by the way.
