Good question...I'd go with the Chargers. Game on the line, I'd trust Tomlinson and Rivers over Jones and Grossman. Bears D is great but we'll see how great they are when they play teams that don't make stupid mistakes (i.e. Lions, Packers, Vikings).

The Chargers are, by quite a bit if you ask me. The Bears' defense has been faltering, and the Chargers are quite good on defense, especially with Merriman back--but their D-Line and other linebackers are really good too. I'd say they're even better than Chicago at this point what with the injuries to DT Tommie Harris and DB Mike Brown. The Chargers' offense is far better--Rex Grossman sucks terribly half the time and is just too unreliable. Philip Rivers has played poorly in their last few games but has never put up the kind of stinkers that Grossman has, and is far more consistent. Plus, I'd say Rivers is a bit better on his good days, for the most part. I'd say the Bears' receivers are a little better, but San Diego's O-Line is better and Tomlinson = 10 Thomas Joneses and is virtually unstoppable.

Ive gotta go with San Diego. The bears have a better defense but the chargers defense is still pretty darn good! I think Phillip Rivers is a better QB then Rex Grossman, if for no other reason, he doesnt turn the ball over like Grossman does! So if the bears get the edge on defense, and the chargers at quarterback, then the tie breaker definately goes to San Diego with Ladanian at running back! Yeah, I know, Chicago has some good special teams, but its easy to avoid a great run back in the playoffs. You simply dont kick it to that guy!
So, thats defense and special teams to the bears, and quarterback and running back to the chargers.
I'll take the Chargers!

The Chargers by far. They have "The Eye Of The Tiger"! You can see if every time they play. The Bears have a lot of holes in both their offense and defense. I even see the look of doubt in the faces of the Bears lately. If the two teams to end up meeting in the super bowl, (and I hope my Eagles will have something to say about that!), the Chargers would eat them alive!!

The Chargers are a way better team. They have the best RB in the game, also Rivers is a good QB too. The Chargers D is also good. With the Bears you never know what you will get with Grossman because he is soo over rated and he sucks.

I am a Bears fan, but the Bears just can't stop the run. If they played each other, LT would have 250 yards. I'm afraid I would have to say the Chargers would win 6 out of 10 times.

The Bears defense had been better but they have given up a lot of points lately. The Chargers defense has been consistent. San Diego has by far the better offense. San Diego is the better team all around.
