Peace can't be made.Reality is peace.Ever see A picture of the mother {Earth} taken from space? I noticed there were no lines, no countries and the earth is in heaven.Wars & battles are started by people who are not living in realty. They are living in an insane asylem. You have allways known this, it's just that being around insane people is bound to make a sane human BEING wobble a little. So be true to yourself and live in life or truth{same thing}.

Human nature.
That equates with battles for territory, for women, for food.
That is how we evolved and a 'peace-loving man' would be a contradiction in terms.
Doesn't mean I think war and conflict are ok, just that you would be really up against it to think we could all live in harmony.
As the world gets more and more heavily populated the problem will escalate as ever dimininshing resources and space to live on will become more scarce.

Too many different philosophies held by extreme people. And contrary to some comments religion isn't the biggest problem. Communists murdered millions of their own in China and Russia during the communist revolution. And many of the so called holy wars are nothing more tha a land grab and those involved use the name of the local deities in order to get others to justify their land theft.

Those in the upper echelon do not make money off peace, my friend and they are already friends with those in cahoots with them.

War is big business, while some fight and die and others protest - the instigators make handsome cash, my friend.

They sit back and snicker at us on Y!A bashing each other and getting no gain from it because WE do not have the power to make peace with the enemies America made..

Things have gotten much better over the past decade, so you don't need to worry about it too much
The first Human Security Report documents a dramatic decline in the number of wars, genocides and human rights abuse over the past decade.

It's the leaders and politicians who STILL prefer war to talking. Our Western leaders are always so sure they're right because ... they got God on their side!!! People of the world, I imagine, would be more than happy to just get on with the difficult business of 'life'.

Because we allow people in power to have their way. We vote in people who have their own agenda. Your sentiment is good but getting it will take a world war and the destruction of half the world.

ermmm...basically property mate, just money and its pursuit. No property, no war, simple.

How can we have no property ??? common ownership, its a sad view on humankind that dismisses this eventual possibility. We need to start working on it now.
