Oooo! Good question! Okay, all you have t do is this: get a liqiud black liner and line as close to your lids as possible. Start from the inner corner out to a whip like this ~ Then mix some black eye shadow in with the liquid liner and apply it to your lids towards the outter corner of your eyes. A liquid blackliner is as black as youll ever get from any shadow.get a smooth blendable black pncil liner and line the inside of your lower lash line. the INSIDE whre the pink is and slowly work your way out. take a q tip and blend in. Wet the q tip to get smears cause u dont want to look like a zombie. ilike to put a light shadow on my lids ause that way it doesnt look too black. i like this:

Put eyeliner on the top and the inner lid and underneath on the bottom. Then blend it in with a q-tip a liittle and add black, charcoal, or gray eye shadow. Just don't overdo it or it will look messy.
And fyi, getting high turns your eyes red not your lids black. Or I should hope not..

trace the top of ur eyes with a dark black liner, then use a small brush to put on the black or gray shadow toward the inner corner and the outer corner..then, get a blending brush to blend the inner corner toward the middle and with the outer one blend it out toward the brow..make sure its blend and that the crease of ur lid is blend too.. and use the small brush to line the bottom of the eyes. u really need the brush to create a smokey look..good luck..

line your intire eyes in black eye liner, including the inner rims(the inner rim is the part next to your eye just above the lower lashes) and after that, smudge it a little bit with black eye shadow at the top but not at the bottem and dont over do it what ever you do, it will look racoonish if you put to much.moderation is the key.best of luck to you.

well it depends on your eyes, but i have dark brown eyes, and i put on a grey or dark brown eyeliner, and then i have dark brown shadow that i put on my lids in an upward motion, like thin at the part of your eye by your nose, and then get thicker as you go across, and then just put a color above that up to your eyebrow that looks good. i do gold (that kind of matches my skin) or green. sometimes i add a bit of that color below my eyes, along the eyeliner. and dont forget to blend! thats what makes them smokey

Eye-liner...many girls make the mistake of not BLENDING in the liner.... Lines drawn around the eyes makes them look like cheap hookers. Blend!!!
