I know for a fact that I am mixed with Black, White, Native American, and Hispanic but thats not all and I just wanted to know if I was alone in the mater of lost heritage and backrounds.

No. No confusion here. I could be mixed with all the things in the world and still be considered a Black girl in the eyes of many. I'm not going to get any special privileges for being mixed with this or that, but I will be rewarded for being a respectful, kind, and hard working citizen.

P.S.
You should research your genealogy as I did. You'll find it's VERY interesting.

I don't know most of my heritage, I wouldn't mind knowing, but it doesn't cause me anxiety or anything. I'm mixed with Black and Filipino, and I know there's some Indian blood on my dad's side (his mother was mixed) and Spanish blood from my mom's side, but that's about it.

many people, especially black people whose ancestors were slaves, or people of any race whom have been here for many generations, dont know their complete heritage because its been lost because it wasnt passed down through the generations or people hid thier origins for any reason. also for the extremely bad record keeping during the slave trade.

No. I am Yoruba, Sioux, Celtic, Anglo, and god knows what else.

I was born in America to West Indians (Bahamians).

BUT I think you can do a DNA test to determine your ethnic history. I'm thinking about it.
