i think u should go to america.. i am a 14 yr old kid.. but as far as i know.. there is a LOT of discrimination in europe..
dont stay in pak, dont come to india(im indian) there is not much scope here... actually avoid asia.. it is too populated..
go to the us.. stay there and study, then
work for a year or two, they will appreciate ur work , get
all the money only WHAT YOU NEED, then when you
think abt getting a girl,. come back to ur hometown in pak n live a happy life with her n have children.. in a few years the place will develop.. shift to a main city n then do a job.. they will give you preference and a good paycheck since u have international education and experience..
but remember, since u are going abroad, take care of what you do, and be in good company, otherwise u will end up in some kind of drug dealing business... just be careful n work hard.. dont be too proud of your achievements and just work towards what u are going to the US for.,...Keep contact with your family.. calling cards are cheap in the US.. much cheaper than india and pakistan..

IMPORTANT: always listen to your parents.. no matter how wrong, how uncool and how nerdy they sound.. but in the end, they are always right,, so dont take chances! even if they make a mistake, they will not get off this earth without fixing it or getting it fixed.. NO MATTER HOW BAD PARENTS THEY ARE.

As far as the money part is concerned, take an educational loan and pay it as soon as you finish working in the US, you will be able to pay it after one year of your US job, no matter how much you earn, because generally if u concentrate, u will earn three times of what u actually spent in one year.. in the US atleast, anything to do with cartoons or the internet is highly paying..

Well, if you are willing to study abroad, then you can afford the expenses...and you can't get the visa why don't you take online courses from good universities... Some universities offer good programs and I think you would find whatever you want to study. At least you can do that for a while, while applying for a visa?
