i was on the depo shot but i was supposed to get a new one when i had sex.. i took an at home pregnancy test and they both said negative ... but my nipples are kinda sore.. and i keep having this peeing sensation when i dont even have to go? what does this mean?

If you were on depo and stopped it a month ago, the odds of you being PG are worse that one in a million.
After your depo shot expires, on average, it takes about 9 months for your uterus to come back to size and to start ovulating again.
The ONLY way to be sure if you are or not is to go to your doctor.

Get OFF of depo!
I was on depo for four years. I am SO GLAD I'm off of it. I'd really reconsider getting the shot. After five years of being on it you need a bone density check as it really screws up your bone health.

might not want to hear it but there is a possibility that you might be pregnant? so go to the obgyn its never bad to be too safe just to make sure
