Cell walls protect the plasma membrane and give shape to the cell in Brown algae, bacteria, some protists and plants. It is made up of peptidiglycans in bacteria, contains 25% alginic acid in brown algae and is made primarily of cellulose in plants. Some protists have complex protein cell walls some have none.

it depends on the cell. if its a plant cell its cellulose. if its a bacteria cell its polypeptidoglycans. i dont think there are any other cell types with cell wall. and there are no cells in cell walls!

Depends on the organism...plants generally have cell walls of cellulose, some fungi and arthropods have chitin, bacteria have wide variation but many contain peptidoglycan and/or lipopolysaccharide.
