remove the asteriks. insert any number 1-7 for the XX
put it in the name field.
if you change it you have to repaste this because it uses ASCII codes for the brackets and it will change.

you could bold the name and use all CAP letters [you can bold letters by putting at the start of the bolded word and at the end of what you want to bold]
