you can buy the Mitsubishi Lancer! It looks good and it is kind of prestigious! U dont like it? What about the Chevrolet Optra or the Aveo? Still not satisfied? Why don't you go for the Toyota Innova? It's great! uh........or what about the Mahindra Scorpio?
Its very much suitable for the indian roads! But just dont buy this car, The hyundai accent! it's not at all a good car,it's crammed!

suv - Mahindra Scorpio 4x4
car(sedan)-- Ford Fiesta 1.6
If u want a vehicle that has advantages of a suv with the comfort of a car then
Fiat Adventure
is the ideal bet 4 u. give it a decent music system n a set of leather seat if u can afford.
However, if u can wait a bit then i think Fiat will introduce the Adventure with either 1.3 liter or the 1.9 liter muti-jet Diesel engines. and that would be the ultimate choice :)

Sedan - Here are my choices
Petrol - Hyundai Verna (great value) or Honda City VTEC, Chevy Aveo is pretty good too. The Chevy SRV is great to drive though not great value for money.
Diesel - Hyundai Verna CRDi (absolutely great value), Ford Fiesta TDCi, Hynundai VIVa CRDi. If you extend your budget a little, you can get the Mahindra Scorpio, which gives you lot of metal, space, driving pleasure and power for the price.

it really depends upon you because not everyone have same taste of a car. If you like a car and it suits you budjet then go for it!!! But make sure that you buy a car of your dreams from japanese / south korean car manufacturers because all the cars they manufacture are of great standards and with very low maintenance required especially TOYOTA, HONDA or NISSAN.

INNOVA it is a best car in terms of engine performance and braking.Scorpio is also a good car which has good styling and 43 new features from the old Scorpio.The new Honda city also is a best car in terms of engine, braking, looks.

the hootest categoury mannnnn... i suggest Chevrolet Optra because it is one of the hottest selling mid size car currently. also GM has offered lot of features and improvements in the car waranty upto 2 yrs on most of the parts and guaranteed by back by GM after 2 yrs. so go for Optra.......

the best thing you need to think is that if you are a clever driver..and can handle any car go for a second hand honda accord...it gives u all...a tag name..plus 2.4 capacity..speed 220..plus luxury at its best..and a good resale thats the best thing..today you are thinking of buying one for 6-7 ..later aftre years u will be able to sell it for the same...engine is the best average is arnd 10 kmpl...so go for it
